A-10-TION all channel operators with Levels 100&up:

As of January 1, 1999, your access will be suspended due to the following:
a) the channel became invite-only,
b) the channel had a secret key,
c) numerous complaints were received by the chan mgr from the chatters, and
d) some chan op/s kicked chatters that aren't from dil(this really pissed us off!

level 100 or up. To be safe, i'd have to remove everyone's access. To regain it, u must

Being a channel operator is not a right, but is a priviledge.
